Hyatt will open the second Thompson hotel in Spain in Seville

The American hotel chain Hyatt continues to invest in Spain and plans to open a new Thompson hotel with the support of Exacorp One. After its debut in Madrid, Seville will become the second Spanish city to receive this urban luxury brand.
The hotel will have 101 rooms and will be located in the former police station between Concordia Square and Gavidia Square. The property is owned by Exacorp One, which also owns the Hyatt Centric Gran Vía, opened in 2017, and the Thompson Madrid, opened in 2022.

The latest opening in the country took place in May with the debut of the Grand Hyatt brand following an agreement with La Manga Club.
