IHRU is buying real estate all over the country.

The Institute of Housing and Urban Planning (IHRU) has announced a new market request for buildings and residential properties across the country.

The properties to be purchased are located in 51 cities across the country, such as Almada, Cascais, Lisbon, Oeiras, Sesimbra, Matosinhos, Porto, Trofa, Vila Nova de Gaia, Albufeira, Faro, Loulé, Portimão, Tavira or Vila Real di Santo António.

'Any natural or legal person who is the owner of the property listed in the offer,' 'as well as properly licensed real estate agents, may submit offers under this solicitation,' explains IHRU.

Interested parties can find all information about the solicitation in the marketplace announcement and access the application form.

The application period is ongoing and open for six months from October 19, 2023 (publication date) and may be extended, according to IHRU.
