The ministry said the homes are intended to be permanently occupied by households "whose maximum financial stress rate with rent does not exceed 35%".

"Priority is given to people or families with annual incomes up to the 6th tax band, with special consideration given to families under the age of 35, single parents, or families with a drop in income of more than 20% from the previous three months' income or' 'the same period of the previous year,' concludes the statement.
