Ikon: a new skyscraper in Valencia with housing from 435,000 euros

Valencia celebrated the official opening of one of the most anticipated residential projects, the Ikon Tower skyscraper, 110 meters high and 29 floors. The building, designed by developer Kronos Homes and architect Ricardo Bofill, is located next to the convention center and the Nou Mestalla stadium and is the tallest residential building in the city. It includes apartments and penthouses with one to four bedrooms. After completion, the developer organized the official inauguration of the building, declaring it a "new architectural landmark of Valencia". The inauguration ceremony took place on June 27.

Apartments are still available on the idealista platform, priced from 435,000 euros, all with terraces, although they are only 80 square meters in size.

The most spacious apartments cost around 700,000 euros and the most exclusive apartments cost more than a million euros: they are three-bedroom penthouses of more than 200 square meters with views of the coast, sea and mountains of Valencia. Apartments on the top two floors of the building are valued at more than 2 million euros and have panoramic views. The description of the skyscraper by Kronos emphasizes that "Ikon is a project of the future. Ricardo Bofill's personal vision that interprets the most cosmopolitan Mediterranean mood and translates it into architecture. Its clear lines are destined to become an iconic object in the urban skyline."

The interior of the building is characterized by large windows and open spaces, while the public areas in the building feature an impressive community pool with sunbeds, as well as a gym and a gourmet socializing area.
