Investment opportunities in Portuguese real estate end in December.

The Golden Visa program is a Portuguese government program created to provide investment opportunities that allow foreigners to live in the country.

Of the eight options for obtaining residence permits, the most attractive is the purchase of real estate. This was stated by Osvaldo Araujo, director of real estate at Heading Portugal, one of the three experts who made up the online debate team to discuss changes to the program's rules that will come into effect next year.
