President Putin booked €100,000 worth of treatments in a single day at the exclusive Altea Hills clinic, a former employee has revealed.

Midst the bleached-white villas in the hills above the Costa Blanca in Spain is a gated community with plenty of cameras, fences and security guards. Altea Hills is almost entirely populated by wealthy Russians.
