Historic villa in Barcelona's high point sells for 3m.

At the top of Mount Tibidabo, with panoramic views of Barcelona with the sea in the background, is an Art Nouveau villa built by architect Albert Juan Torner in 1912. According to Engel & Völkers, it is the highest accommodation in Catalonia and sells for 3.1 million euros. "This is a historical and cultural monument that combines the luxury of residences from the beginning of the last century with the modern and remodeled interior of ," states the current owner of Villa Tibidabo. It is part of an ensemble of Art Nouveau medieval houses designed by Dr. Andreu in the early 20th century.
