UAC acquires Serdika Center shopping center in Sofia: deal reached.

News from the real estate world: New Europe Property Investments (NEPI) has announced that it has agreed to purchase the Serdika Center shopping center and office complex in the Bulgarian capital, Sofia, for €207.4 million.
The company, incorporated in the Isle of Man but registered as an external limited company under the laws of South Africa, is listed on the Johannesburg and Bucharest stock exchanges. The company owns a wide range of real estate assets including retail, office and industrial properties in Romania and also invests in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and Serbia.
The Serdika Center will be NEPI's first facility in Bulgaria if it receives regulatory approval.
