Jumeirah Golf Estates: In the Embrace of Nature

Dubai has quickly become one of the most popular residential areas in the city.

The Jumeirah Golf Estate residential area is the embodiment of luxury and tranquility. This premium luxury community has quickly become one of the preferred places to live, thanks to its urban luxury that harmoniously blends with a calm and peaceful environment, as well as all the amenities of modern living.

Just a few minutes' drive from the Expo 2020 Dubai exhibition complex is Jumeirah Golf Estate (JGE), sprawling over 1,119 hectares and featuring 1,835 residential buildings of various levels, from luxury villas to townhouses and apartments.

Among them, Alandalus, Redwood Avenue, and the Jumeirah Luxury community have pools. The others can use the pools in the clubhouse, membership in which is mandatory.

Almost three-quarters of the residential units overlook magnificent golf courses, while the others face lakes and green spaces, providing the entire community with a close connection to nature. According to the brochure, JGE is home to over 4,000 trees and more than 300 species of birds.

“Although Jumeirah Golf Estate has many advantages, two championship golf courses stand out: Earth and Fire,” says Jameel Chowdhury, a community specialist at JGE who works at Achiever Properties. “The lush, flat golf courses host the annual European Championships - one of the most prestigious international golf tournaments. Membership in the golf club is open to both residents and non-residents. However, residents receive an additional discount on membership.”

Like all premium offerings, the clubhouse and country club located in the heart of JGE provide the finest services, ranging from gourmet restaurants to a sports bar, café, spa, tennis academy, golf academy, swimming pool and family pool, gym and aerobics studio, banquet hall, event spaces, and meeting room, among other amenities.

“In addition to the clubhouse, there is also a community center - Centro Alandalus - located right at the entrance, which features a supermarket, laundry, and ATM, with many other shops set to open soon. Another small community center, Fairway Marketplace, is also located in JGE,” added Jamil.
