Which Spanish city offers free work and accommodation?

In an effort to combat dehousing and revitalize its community, the small town of El Buste, located in the province of Zaragoza, has announced an attractive offer: work and housing for free. The position offered includes managing the town's TeleClub, including the bar already in operation. What makes this project unique is that the salary of the new residents will be the full amount of the income generated from the business.
In addition, fully furnished and equipped housing is offered, including payment for electricity, heating, and water, covered by the city administration.

The goal of this strategy is not only to revive TeleClub but also to invigorate other aspects of the municipality, such as school transportation, which currently lacks the minimum number of seats due to low population density. The selection process has already begun, and the family chosen for a new life in El Buste is expected in August.
The initiative, supported by Mayor José Ángel Villalba and announced on the city's administration Facebook page, aims not only to provide a temporary solution to the issue of depopulation but also to encourage long-term changes by attracting families willing to contribute to the growth and development of this charming place.
