Karl Lagerfeld is opening luxurious apartments in Lisbon, Portugal.

In its latest real estate project, the Karl Lagerfeld brand announced plans to open several luxury apartments in Lisbon, Portugal. The company will open the doors to ten units, each occupying one or two entire floors, on an as-yet undisclosed date. The apartments will be located between Rua Castilho and Avenida da Liberdade. Each unit will include a shared garden and private pools, according to the company's statement. "We share values of innovation and enhancing the future, and I know that this project will be an amazing addition to the rich and vibrant city of Lisbon," said Pierre Paolo Righi, CEO of the Karl Lagerfeld brand, in a statement.

The brand Karl Lagerfeld is collaborating with the Portuguese developer Overseas, which focuses on minimizing environmental impact, to complete this project.

Apartments in Lisbon will be the final step in the development of the Karl Lagerfeld fashion house in the field of branded real estate. In October, the company announced a partnership with the Arab real estate company Taraf Holding to build villas in Dubai. This summer, the company opened a large hotel in Macau. In 2021, the brand opened its first apartments in Marbella, Spain.
