Karl Lagerfeld to create luxury residential developments in Dubai

RO LUXURY LIVES: Underscoring the bubbly market for branded residences, Karl Lagerfeld has announced a collaboration with new Emirati property Taraf Holding to create luxury villas in Dubai. Details of the project - Karl Lagerfeld's third branded residence and first in the Middle East - will be revealed in the coming months.

Lagerfeld, who died in 2019 after an unprecedented career in fashion, was actively involved in interior design and hotel projects during his lifetime.

Lagerfeld, no stranger to the Middle East, held a show for Chanel's 2014 cruise collection on an island less than half a mile off the coast of Dubai.
