Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are lowering the price of their Georgian estate by $1 million, desperately selling due to financial issues.
"In the construction and design of thishousesno detail has been overlooked!" - reads the ad.This is the second price drop from the “Can't Be Late” show's divorced alumni. Their home was originally listed for sale for $6 million in October 2023 and then was reduced by $500,000 to $5.5 million in December after two months of no action on the sale. The latest price reduction came during the bank's threat to seize the property due to mortgage-taking debts.
Truist Bank said in court documents obtained by Page Six this month that it “intends to exercise its rights” if the couple's debt is not paid off in full from the sale of the home. The estate in Milton, Georgia, has faced the threat of foreclosure twice before - in 2014 and February 2023 - but Zolciak and Biermann were able to pay off debts both times before losing their luxury properties.
However, the former spouses' financial problems have worsened in recent months.Zolciak and Biermann are selling their luxury home for $4.5 million.Has seven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, a sauna, and a heated pool. Despite toxic marital problems, including allegations of abuse, both face numerous lawsuits.
On the other hand, the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” contestant is also being sued by credit card companies for more than $150,000 and Target for unpaid bills. In recent months, Zolciak has been trying to make money any way she can, including selling designer goods of herself and her family - such as Louis Vuitton Biermann sneakers - and trying to profit from gossip about ex-spouses cheating.
Biermann filed for divorce from Zolciak for the second time in August 2023.The former couple are raising six children. Biermann blamed Zolciak for the financial problems, claiming the former TV star became a gambler, losing $1.5 million during their 12-year marriage. The former NFL player's attorney also previously stated that “every month, Croy has to scrape together enough money to make his mortgage payment to prevent the house from being seized; they are being sent collection notices and now lawsuits from creditors.”
A spokesman for Zolciak declined to comment on the latest update on thehomeof the celebrity or her financial difficulties.
