For the second year in a row, Breakers has made it to Fortune's list of the 100 best companies.

For the second consecutive year, The Breakers Palm Beach resort has been named one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For by Fortune magazine. This year, the historic resort managed to climb the rankings from 65th to 59th place, remaining the only independent hotel on the list organized by Fortune Media and Great Place to Work.
According to Denise Bober, the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Breakers,
This recognition indicates that the owners of The Breakers resort are descendants of the resort's founder, Henry Morrison Flagler. The board of directors, management team, and the entire staff of over 2,300 employees have been able to create and maintain a people-oriented environment with a focus on care and well-being for many years.
The Breakers employees
They claim that this is their favorite place to work and that they are happy to talk about their job with others.
Culture of employee care
It extends to the quality of assistance and products offered to employees. The Breakers also supports charitable initiatives and volunteering, which makes the company even more appealing to its staff.
The resort, founded in 1896 by Flagler and still owned by his family, continues to attract numerous investments every year. Click here to see the full list of the 100 best companies to work for according to Fortune.
