Casa Yes has surpassed the 110,000 residential units mark

The real estate portal for real estate intermediation professionals, the Yes portal, launched in May this year, has surpassed the 110,000 mark available for property searches, placing it among the largest portals in the real estate sector in Portugal.

Casa Yes, an initiative of the Association of Real Estate Intermediation Professionals and Companies (APEMIP), currently brings together around a thousand agencies, including the main traditional real estate agencies, networks and brands operating in Portugal, such as Remax, Century 21, ERA, Zome, Predimed, JLL, Castelhana, Arcada, Sortami, Garvetur, Casa da Portela, 2Easy, among others.

The Casa Yes portal was launched with the aim of creating a "trusted platform" for those looking for properties to buy or rent, as well as for those who promote them, since all properties are advertised by professional intermediaries, without private listings or inaccuracies. All companies featured on the portal have signed a code of ethics and follow a good practice guide.

In addition, the Casa Yes portal was the first portal in Portugal to directly integrate the ChatGPT artificial intelligence tool, which allows users to perform personalized natural language searches for real estate in any language and in a more efficient and intuitive way.

Besides the public, Casa Yes also enables faster communication procedures between the companies represented on the portal. The platform provides new functionality that allows intermediaries to interact directly with each other and share more information and business.
