eXp Realty welcomes Rene Kaspar as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, starting April 1, 2024. She brings over two decades of experience in global talent and people management, which adds a wealth of expertise to this role. Transitioning to eXp after a successful tenure at Koneksa Health, where she excelled in operational excellence, prioritizing customer engagement, and optimizing go-to-market strategies.

In addition to this, the company announced the appointment of Seth Sigler as Chief Innovation Officer and Sumanta Kamath as Chief Technology Officer to lead technological development and innovation.
