Real estate market crisis plunges Kapimmo into distress

Кризис на рынке недвижимости погружает Капиммо в бедствие

The capitalization of SCI Capimmo has fallen from 7.4 billion euros on January 1 to 6 billion today. Information from LE FIGARO - Massive withdrawals are forcing this fund popular with investors to sell assets worth €2.2 billion over three years. Rising interest rates are having a negative impact on the real estate market and, to an even greater extent, on stone-invested investment products, which are popular with families looking to secure their retirement.

Funds (SCPI, SCI) that manage extensive real estate portfolios are keenly aware of the downturn in the office sector. Many investors and companies that have placed their cash here fear for their savings and''sell their shares. This is especially true inside death and capitalization insurance contracts, where arbitrage can be quickly implemented.

The problems of giant Capimmo (Primonial Group) illustrate the ferocity of this change in the world. This civil society (SCI), sometimes recommended due to its performance (4% per year on average) as an alternative to euro funds, is in distress. It has seen its capitalization fall from 7.4 billion euros as of the first of January to 6 billion today.
