Important news for the real estate market

The State Secretary in the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, Uroš Kandić, assessed that the arrival of Keller Williams is significant news for the real estate market in Serbia, pointing out two aspects: the presence of partners capable of meeting the demands of foreign companies, as well as the reduction of illegal activities in this sector.

Regulation of the real estate market in Serbia

The creation of a registry of intermediaries in the real estate sector, where every citizen can see who the intermediaries are that operate legally and transparently, as well as the licenses for real estate transaction activities, has become another important step in regulating this market.

Opportunities for business development

The transfer of a franchise can become an opportunity for the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
