Xavier Beliveau is the new CEO of We Invest France - Journal de l'Agence

Previously, Xavier Beliveau served as Executive Director at ORPI where he significantly contributed to the development of the real estate cooperative for over 7 years. With 20 years of experience in real estate, this seasoned professional and his team are working to develop a new strategy for the next three years. His appointment is an important milestone in the development of We Invest in France and confirms the Group's ambitions in Europe.

We Invest's first participation at the RENT

We Invest will take part in the RENT exhibition, which will take place on November 8 and 9 in Paris (Stade B68), and will hold a master class on Thursday, November 9, at 15:30 on "Behavioral data and CRM: a winning combination to make a difference in 2024". At that point, Xavier and his team will present their ambitions for the next three years.

In 2014, Jonathan Pham, passionate about the world of real estate and marketing, created the first We Invest agency in Brussels.

His goal? To offer clients a better experience by fully digitalizing the entire value chain. In 2017, Raphael Mathieu joined the team as CEO to develop''concepts. After 6 years, the We Invest network has about 40 agencies and more than 200 employees. In 2023, the company launched a pilot project with 4 first agencies in France, in Lille, Rouen, Colombes and Amiens. With them, a service offering was specifically designed and customized to meet the expectations of the French market. More recently, a fifth French agency has opened in Boulogne-Bijancourt (Hauts-de-Seine).
