Despite all the stories about market stabilization, reports regularly show that property prices in Serbia are still rising. The rise in the cost per square meter over the past two years has meant that for 50,000 euros you can now only buy a very small apartment on the outskirts of the city.

This type of real estate is becoming increasingly popular and in demand lately, and the listings are simply overflowing with offers. Prices for garages vary, and it is possible to find offers priced from 5,000 euros per square meter, and some even cost 40,000 euros.
