Locke is opening its first establishment in Switzerland

Switzerland: Lifestyle aparthotel brand Locke has opened its debut establishment in Switzerland, located in the heart of Zurich. Locke am Platz became the fifteenth apart-hotel in its portfolio.

Located in Eng, the hotel offers 80 rooms, a restaurant and a bar. All studios come with a seating area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also 40 new hotel-style rooms for short-term stays.

London-based design studio Sella Concept, headed by Tatjana von Stein, was responsible for the interiors. The team created exclusive furniture for public areas such as the multifunctional lounge and restaurant, where the high table is also a DJ booth.

The restaurant Choupette, run by chef Jaco Redelinghuys, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The expansion of Locke to Switzerland will be followed by the opening of new hotels in Lisbon, Portugal (368 apartments), Copenhagen, Denmark (236 apartments) and Paris, France (145 apartments) next year. By the end of 2024, Locke will own and manage just 18 apart-hotels.
