In Phatalung, Thailand, a man named Weerapong died from wounds inflicted by his son during an argument. The incident occurred in front of the deceased's home. Police found the body with wounds from sharp objects as well as a long stick.

The wife of the deceased was seriously injured and hospitalized.

Neighbors say the family often quarreled and Weerapong would often return home drunk, causing conflicts. Investigators are continuing to investigate.
