Lukashenka signed the law on confiscation of property for hostile actions against Belarus.

Russian authorities have issued an arrest warrant for a judge of the International Criminal Court (ICC), which in March issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin on war crimes charges.

According to TASS, Judge Sergio Gerardo Ugalde Godinez has been added to a list of people wanted under "an article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation" on the Interior Ministry's online portal.

Russia also placed other ICC judges and officials on the wanted list after arrest warrants were issued for Putin and Children's Commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova, accusing them of illegally deporting hundreds of children from Ukraine, a war crime.
