The Mandarin Oriental Residences is opening in Madrid - a complex of 30 luxurious serviced apartments in the heart of the city's Golden Mile, it was officially announced.

The luxury hotel sector is strengthening its position in Madrid.

Following the opening of the Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid in 2021, the luxury hotel chain's owner company from Hong Kong, China, has officially confirmed its commitment to the Spanish capital and announced plans to develop Mandarin Oriental Residences.

The complex consists of 30 luxurious apartments with hotel services.

They are located at the intersection of Hermosilla and Núñez de Balboa streets in the central Salamanca district. The opening is scheduled for January 2025.

Mandarin Oriental Residences Madrid will be located in the heart of Salamanca in Madrid.

Known for its luxurious shops, bars, restaurants, and leisure spots.

The project will be developed by the architectural firm Bueso-Inchausti & Rein Arquitectos.

  • The apartments will be spread over seven floors, with up to 283 square meters of space.
  • There will be layouts with two and three bedrooms.
  • Each of them will have a separate balcony, six of which will be equipped with private pools.

The common areas include a living room, landscaped garden, beauty salon, fitness center, and parking. The apartments will also feature an outdoor heated pool, spa treatment rooms, and a training pool.
