The Maritim Hotel Amelia in Albena, the largest resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast in Europe, will open on May2.

In addition, great attention''is dedicated to waste reduction. The Maritim Hotel and the entire resort are participating in a 'waste-free tourism' project to produce the minimum amount of waste.

One of the most beautiful nature reserves in Bulgaria is the Baltata Nature Reserve, which is also right next to the resort.

Gastronomic offerings include the Lady Lindy buffet restaurant, the Celebrità à la carte restaurant and the Canary lobby bar. Three event rooms are available at the connected Maritim Hotel Paradise Blue Albena, accommodating up to 500, 140 or 80 people.

The hotel's design is inspired by the theme of aviation. The hotel's name is a tribute to aviation pioneer Emilie Earhart. From summer, guests, both young and old, will have the opportunity to try out their flying skills on a state-of-the-art flight simulator.
