Only a year ago, Miguel Bose got rid of the last property he had in Madrid - a house in Somozaguas, which was his family's childhood home and where, along with Nacho Palu, he raised his children before they moved to Panama. This structure of one thousand square meters with ten thousand plots was built in 1958 and completely renovated by him in 2010, including, for example, a ceramics workshop where his partner worked or a music studio for himself. It is a building with various luxury amenities, two swimming pools, a laundry room, a separate waste room, a sauna, a gym and two separate apartments on the top floor.

This home was pledged to the tax authorities when it was revealed that he owed the state €1.8 million. It served as a security for him at the time, but he was eventually able to pay off the debt without losing his home, and it wasn't until the end of 2022 that he made the decision to get rid of it and sold it to Thibaut Courtois. It is not known the exact amount for which they agreed to sell this house with such a history, but at the time of the sale, in October a year ago, it was worth more than six million euros.

His name is no longer associated with any company, although until 2021 he still owned several plots of land in Extremadura, where he started one of his favorite projects: the commercialization of Iberian ham, which was awarded the Golden Spike for the best ham certified by origin from the region of Dehesa de Extremadura. However, this project came to an end in 2012, which also happened with the wine, as the family was able to achieve abundant and commendable production through the Casalobos wineries. For these activities, the singer bought several parcels of land in the area for agricultural and livestock use, which were owned by companies with which the singer is now completely unconnected.
