World: Syria - the highest in the world, Iraq -87th in terms of real estate prices relative to income per capita - Shafaq News
According to data published by "نامبيو", which provides information on consumer prices, crime rates and the quality of health care, Syria is the leader in global real estate prices in relation to per capita income. At the same time, Iraq ranks 87th out of 107 countries included in the ranking.
According to the website, Syria tops the world ranking for real estate prices in relation to per capita income with 86.7%. It is followed by Ghana with 78.6%, Hong Kong with 44.9%, Sri Lanka with 40.8%, China with 34.6%, and Nepal with 32%. The lowest performers were the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia with 3%.
In the Arab region, Syria ranks first and Lebanon second with 18.3%.
