Michelle Mone moves into luxury villa in the Algarve, £7m bought after PPE police raid.
If the Mirror newspaper is to be believed, Baroness Michelle Mone, along with her husband, Doug Barrowman, bought a £7m villa in the Algarve through an offshore company in July last year.
This comes 23 months after the pair were believed to have made a £65m profit from PPE Medpro Ltd. The company, set up by their business partner Antony Page, is currently being sued for more than £130m by the Department of Health for supplying gowns that allegedly cannot be used in the NHS.
The pair and PPE Medpro deny any wrongdoing and the Baroness is under investigation by the House of Lords over her role in securing contracts to fight Covid-19.

They recently flew in on their £6m private jet before enjoying dinners and lunches at local cafes and restaurants.
It's important to note that their villa at the resort is registered to a mysterious US company in a Delaware tax haven, allowing them to avoid property taxes by up to 8%.
