Momirović: "Expo 2027" is impacting the real estate market in Serbia.

The Minister of Trade Tomislav Momiroviћ expressed the opinion that Expo 2027 will have a significant impact on the development of the domestic real estate market. He also noted that by 2027, 18 billion euros will be invested in more than 300 projects under the "Leap into the future - Serbia 2027" program.

"This additionally contributes to attracting both domestic and international investments," Momiroviћ said at the opening of the Prodexpo Serbia real estate and infrastructure development conference in Belgrade. He recalled that in 2023 Serbia achieved a record foreign trade turnover with the world, while Serbia's total exports last year amounted to about 41 billion euros.
