The award was presented to Montenegro Sotheby's Realty at the European Property Awards virtual ceremony held in London on December 2, 2021.

The evaluation process is conducted by an independent panel of 80 real estate experts, headed by Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords of the United Kingdom.
