This recognition comes from the International Property Awards, an international accreditation agency, as a mark of excellence for real estate professionals.

The recognition was presented to Montenegro Sotheby's Realty at the European Property Awards virtual ceremony held in London on December 2, 2021. The assessment process is conducted by an independent panel of 80 real estate experts, chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Waverley, members of the UK House of Lords.

The International Property Awards have been running for 27 years in 45 different categories divided into regions: Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central and South America, Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific.
