Sales have begun at Six Senses Residences in Loire Valley at Les Bordes estate in France.

The 1,400-acre Le Borde estate in France is set to become even more impressive than before. The luxury property has launched the first phase of sales for its highly anticipated Six Senses Loire Valley branded residences, with construction set to begin next year. Completion is scheduled for 2026.

There are currently 12 of the 52 villas on the market as part of the place's development, with prices ranging from €2.5 million to €8.8 million (approximately $2.8 million to $9.6 million). The villas have three to seven bedrooms and range in size from 2,360 to 7,125 square feet.

Each residence is equipped with a swimming pool, and owners can enjoy five-star hotel services such as concierge services, personal chefs and daily room cleaning.

In addition to the proposed residences, Le Borde already hosts a single-family home community called Cours du Baron, consisting of 89 dwellings built by the firm of architects Michaelis Boyd and set to begin sales in August 2022.
