Vikenditsy in Vojvodina
Vikenditsy are the most sought-after properties in Vojvodina. Over the past three years, Injia has ranked first in the number of sales transactions at the national level. Most of the victuals in this Sremian town were sold during the coronavirus, but demand continued in the following years, until the first half of 2023. In the last three years, more than 500 Vikendits have been sold at Injiya. Last year the number was 130, in 2021 it was 144, 176 Wickendicas were sold during the pandemic and 64 in the first half of this year.
Despite a 30 percent drop in the number of sales of victuals in the first half of this year compared to last year, prices, both minimum and maximum, are not experiencing a significant drop. In some municipalities, prices are even rising. In Injia, the cheapest weekendica cost €1,500 and was sold during the coronavirus, while this year the minimum price has "skyrocketed" to €7,000. The most expensive vacation homes in Indjia last year reached a price of 200,000, while in the first half of this year the most expensive did not exceed the sum of 130,000 euros.
Weekend sales by city
After Indjia, Irig is in second place this year with 28 vicenditas sold, with prices ranging from €2,000 to €123,600. Beocin is in third place with 23 sold Weekendis, with prices ranging from €3,000 to €40,000. Novi Sad follows with 21 sold vikendica, with prices ranging from 12,500 to 130,000 euros.
