Natalia Garrido: Border conflicts in Spain and third party requirements.
In the framework of the "Te lo cuenta la Universitat Politècnica de València" program, Professor Nuria Lloret Romero invited Natalia Garrido Villen to explain the most frequently asked questions about geodesy, cartography and topography.
Natalia Garrido Villen
G Ms. Natalia Garrido Villen is a permanent professor at the Higher Technical School of Geodesy, Cartography and Topography of the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia. She holds a doctor of engineering degree in surveying and mapping and a technical engineering degree in topography. She is currently the Deputy Director of External Relations and Employment at ETSIGCT.

The focus of her research activities
The focus of her research activities is on GNSS and primarily on legal geometries (land delineation). On the latter topic, she has published the following books:
- Technical and legal guidance on land delimitation
- Expertise in legal geometries
- Legal expertise in real estate delimitation
Publications and articles
Since 2017, she has also taught courses on land delineation, geo-referencing, cadastre, property registration and litigation at the UW Center for Continuing Education.
She has also published several articles in journals:

- Survey and analysis of the representation of the municipal territory boundary according to different maps in Albufera Valencia
- Jurisdictional boundaries in Spain, survey and definition of boundaries in Teruel
