Knowing where not to invest is just as important as knowing where you should. We categorically believe that you should not buy real estate in Dubai. The internet is full of information from investors, developers and marketers telling you where you should invest. Getting advice on why you shouldn't invest is much more difficult. The simple reason: no one is making money by advising you not to spend money. Dubai isn't the only place we give "don't invest" advice for.
