Real estate on the islands of Noir and Ie: a dream for thrifty buyers.

The two islands of the Vendée, Noirmoutier and Ile d'\''U, offer wildlife, ocean color and a pleasant climate.

Noirmoutier, the largest and most built-up island, is actually a peninsula connected to the continent by a bridge or, for the more adventurous, the famous Gua Road, which appears at low tide.

The north of the island is the most attractive area, from Herbaudière beach to the charming village center of Noirmoutier-en-l'\''Ile, to the forested stretch of Bois de la Chaise and its Dam beach. Mimosas, maritime pines and coves create the appearance of a maritime Riviera in these landscapes, where attractive family homes with swimming pools are very popular.

The prices here are naturally very high, although in recent' 'months they have tended to stagnate and, according to the Vendée Notariat, they are less than in Les Sables d'\'Olonne, averaging between 3,000 and 5,300 euros per square meter.
