Managing and acquiring real estate for our community. The Real Estate Division is the expert on all City real estate matters. The Division advises the Mayor, City Council, City agencies and the public on City-owned real estate matters. Staff analyzes existing properties and parcels to maximize the value of the City's assets.

Please visit the City's real estate website for a complete list of all City-owned commercial and residential properties currently for sale or soon to be for sale. Most properties sold by the City are acquired through a competitive bid process. Please see the guide to the right for more information on the competitive bid process.
