To compensate for the decline in real estate sales, developers are offering numerous promotions to attract customers and convince them to buy a property.

This fall, real estate developers are offering promotions at every turn. Without this discount, the firm manager interviewed by France Télévisions would not be able to become a proprietor as the interest rate on loans continues to rise. The monthly payments would have been too high for a single father. "I think it reassured the banker that I mentioned the offer to him. It was the moment to buy a new apartment," he details.
