Real estate: The value of real estate owned by residents of Western Greece is 772 billion euros nationwide.

According to AADD, the value of real estate owned by individuals and legal entities in Greece continues to rise. The total estimated value of the properties owned by 7,159,164 people has reached 771.9 billion euros, which is 2.5 billion euros more than in 2023. Almost 53% of this real estate is located in Attica.

In particular, 2,549,919 taxpayers living in the capital region own real estate worth over 409 billion euros. Property tax was paid by 991,860 owners as a zero amount.

In various regions of Greece, significant amounts of property taxes are also noted.
