Rent of apartments is decreasing

Apartment rents have fallen significantly in recent months, and in some places they are returning to pre-Russian levels. Small studios and apartments in the city center can be rented from 130 to 200 euros, while in central locations on current property supply rents still do not fall below 300 euros.

Experts point out that the peak of student arrivals and the last attempt by property owners to raise rents has passed, so it is expected that those who want to rent out properties will need to lower the price in the coming months. Small apartments and studios for an affordable price

Small apartments and studios can be found today again for 120 euros, which was impossible during the "invasion" of Russians, even in the city center. According to the current offer on real estate websites, an apartment at this price can be rented in Kaluderici. As stated in the owner's description, this is a small furnished garçonniere located close to the road to Smederevo, health center, supermarket and bus stop. At this location for only 10 euros more you can rent a two-bedroom apartment of 50 square meters.

In Voždovac opština, a garçoniera of 25 square meters is rented for 180 euros.

Apartments for 200 euros

Apartments for 200 euros are currently available for rent in the following locations: Burča, Surčin, Karaburma, Kaluderica, Grocka, Kotež, Petlovo Brdo... To these places a year of rising rents, the figures reached even more than 300 euros. In Burcea, you can rent a two-bedroom apartment of 52 square meters for 200 euros. The dwelling is fully furnished and the landlord indicates that the monthly bills are 140 euros.

For the same amount, 200 euros, you can rent a 26 square meter garçonnière in Cotege. The dwelling is fully furnished and the owner's description states that the rent includes all expenses except electricity. Renting on Karaburma is a bit cheaper. The 20 square meter Garçoniera is located on MirJevsky Boulevard and has a view of the park and is opposite the bus stop. The owner says in the description that the building is a regular structure and has video surveillance.
