Real estate in Spain: new offer from the agency

Spain-based Haya Real Estate has launched 'Ready, Start, Home', a commercial offer that offers selected properties for sale at discounts of up to 40% to stimulate home sales in Spain. This offer will be valid until December 31 and includes more than 6,370 residential properties, more than 7,000 parking spaces and more than 430 warehouses. Thus, citizens of different regions of Spain will be able to become owners of real estate.

Other regions where real estate can be found with''discounted, include: Valencia with over 3,250 properties, Andalusia with 3,000 and Catalonia with 2,790. The company also noted that a one-bedroom apartment is available for Málaga, which previously cost €105,000 and with the discount is now €94,500. Andalucía is one of the most favorable regions of the campaign.
