Unusual ad: Two properties in Liga for 50,000 euros with grill, smokehouse and barbecue.

An unusual ad has appeared on the interwebs: two properties in Ljig for 50,000 euros, and there is a grill, a smokehouse and a place to cook meat in the station square.

Ljig, a small town near Belgrade, has become an interesting place to buyreal estate in recent months. An advertisement that appeared on the Internet and was posted on social networks offers a house with adjoining buildings and a place for cooking meat for less than 50,000 euros.

The property is close to the post office, stores, health clinic, gas station, cafe, elementary school and kindergarten, and opposite the swimming pool. The main house has an area of 100 square meters and functions as a four-room apartment, which has recently been''renovated. In addition, there is a second house of 35 square meters, which has one and a half bedroom.

One of the auxiliary buildings has an area of 30 square meters and the second one is used as a smokehouse, grill and a place to cook meat. Interestingly, the plot has two electricity meters, which is ideal for two families to live in. The ad notes that the property is registered and ready for occupancy on 6.5 acres of land, and there is city water.

This is just one example of the increasing interest in buying property outside of big cities, especially in the post-pandemic period when many are turning to the quieter, healthier lifestyles of smaller towns.
