Country music star Alan Jackson's former home on Moran Road in north Williamson County sold for $28 million in 2010. The closest contender, located on King Lane in southern Williamson County, sold for $27.5 million in 2019. In Nashville, an estate on Chickering Road in Bell Mead is now on the market for $40 million.
