Nicole Kidman is selling a stunning villa in Mallorca for $69 million.

Actress Nicole Kidman chose the luxurious Villa Solitaire in Mallorca's upscale Son Vida neighborhood while filming the new Paramount+ television series Lioness alongside Zoe Saldana and Morgan Freeman.

The $69 million (or €65 million) Villa Solitaire was designed by renowned Italian architect Matteo Thun and features an impressive glass facade to enjoy the magnificent ocean views. The house took about eight years to complete and was designed to resemble the sails of a boat floating in the air.

Son Vida is not only the oldest neighborhood in Mallorca, but is also known for its prestigious and expensive estates. The house overlooks the capital Palma and the Mediterranean Sea. The villa has 24,757 square feet and consists of seven bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The home has a modern design with Italian furniture and limestone floors brought from quarries in Malaga, Spain. The entire house is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass walls; at the push of a button on the first floor, the glass walls slide down and open to the patio, creating a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor space.

The villa has four floors, the main one comprising a living room with a plunging pergola, a kitchen-dining room, formal and informal dining rooms, a bar and a wine cellar.

The exterior spaces include two swimming pools and a lush Mediterranean garden. In the basement of the house there is a gym, sauna, Turkish bath, massage room and meditation garden. The garage is transformed into a nightclub with a high quality sound system and a projection wall for video art installations. Outside, there are two pools, lush Mediterranean gardens, a fire pit and a large outdoor dining area.

Other features include a glass elevator serving all floors, a separate staff area and custom furniture.
