Nobu launches sales of luxury residential developments on the Abu Dhabi coast.

Naturally, the homes are expected to maintain the minimalistic and stylish look that characterizes the Nobu brand. The kitchens will be personally designed by chef Nobuyaki "Nobu" Matsuhisa, and the bathrooms will combine Arabic and Japanese aesthetic principles. Views of the Arabian Gulf and Abu Dhabi's Guggenheim Museum, designed by architect Frank Gehry and scheduled to open in 2025, will also be available to residents.

Residents will have access to a host of healthy lifestyle amenities, including a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, steam and sauna facilities, a spa area with several treatment rooms, a large swimming pool and an indoor zen garden for yoga classes. Also on the property will be a movie theater, resident lounge and community gardens. Residents will be able to visit Nobu's on-site restaurant or order dishes such as black cod with miso and hamachi with Japanese peppers directly to their apartment.
