Nobu launches sales of luxury residential developments on the Abu Dhabi coast.

The restaurant brand Nobu Hospitality continues to expand in the Middle East, and has just launched the sale of its first residences in Abu Dhabi. Led by Aldar Properties, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, the branded tower on the coveted Saadiyat Island will be completed by 2027. When the 12-acre site is complete, the waterfront property will include a 125-key hotel, 88 private residences, Nobu restaurant and rooftop bar. Buyers will be able to choose between one, two or three-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom loft apartments and a limited number of luxury skyscraper villas and penthouses. Prices for the homes start from AED7 million (approximately US$1.9 million).
