The restaurant brand Nobu Hospitality continues to expand in the Middle East, and has just launched the sale of its first residences in Abu Dhabi. Led by Aldar Properties, a leading real estatedeveloper in the UAE, the branded tower on the coveted Saadiyat Island will be completed by 2027. When the 12-acre site is complete, the waterfront property will include a 125-key hotel, 88 private residences, Nobu restaurant and rooftop bar. Buyers will be able to choose between one, two or three-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom loft apartments and a limited number of luxury skyscraper villas and penthouses. Prices for the homes start from AED7 million (approximately US$1.9 million).

"It is with great excitement that we launch the sale of our exclusive Nobu Residences in Abu Dhabi," said Jonathan Emery, CEO of Aldar Development in a press release. - "We expect strong demand from both local and international buyers due to the luxury nature of this development and its location in one of the most sought-after destinations in the UAE. "

The units will be designed by Dubai-based RSP Architects in collaboration with California-based PCH Studio.

Naturally, the homes are expected to maintain the minimalistic and stylish look that characterizes the Nobu brand. The kitchens will be personally designed by chef Nobuyaki "Nobu" Matsuhisa, and the bathrooms will combine Arabic and Japanese aesthetic principles. Views of the Arabian Gulf and Abu Dhabi's Guggenheim Museum, designed by architect Frank Gehry and scheduled to open in 2025, will also be available to residents.

Residents will have access to a host of healthy lifestyle amenities, including a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, steam and sauna facilities, a spa area with several treatment rooms, a large swimming pool and an indoor zen garden for yoga classes. Also on the property will be a movie theater, resident lounge and community gardens. Residents will be able to visit Nobu's on-site restaurant or order dishes such as black cod with miso and hamachi with Japanese peppers directly to their apartment.

"Nobu Residences Abu Dhabi will epitomize a new era of luxury living," added Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality. - "We are creating a unique work of art, not just houses, everywhere we go we will preach the Nobu philosophy. "
