Spanish real estate scaling platform Urbanitae is to launch operations in Portugal and plans to attract €20 million of investment in projects in its first year in the country. Founded in 2017 and with more than 200 million funded projects from 2019, Urbanitae has chosen Portugal and France to start its international expansion process, as the Spanish company said in a statement, reports ECO.

The platform aims to reach a turnover of 20 million euros on funded projects in its first year of operation. "Participation in finance is growing rapidly in Portugal.
