The organizers of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards have announced new dates and locations for this year's long-awaited gala ceremonies in the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand. While previous PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards ceremonies were held annually in Makati, this year's gala ceremony is expected to be much larger and will now be held at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila. It is also moving to a new location. The gala dinner and award ceremony for the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards will now take place at the Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection on November 10, 2023. Located in the Landmark 81 building, known as the tallest building complex in Vietnam, this luxurious hotel will serve as a vibrant venue to showcase the achievements of the country's top developers. The new stage will provide a fitting platform for the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, which expand their categories every year.

The ceremony for the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards has also been moved to November. In response to the growing interest from potential participants across the kingdom, the ceremony will take place on Friday, November 17, 2023. Applications from Thailand are being accepted on the AsiaPropertyAwards.com website until September 8, 2023.
