New council of RADAS, UAB

On June 27, 2024, at 11:15 AM Eastern Time, MAXIMA GRUPĖ, UAB decided to reduce the Board of Directors of its subsidiary RADAS, UAB from five to three members. In this regard, new board members were appointed, who will serve a term of four years.

• Povilas Šuliswho serves as the acting general director of RADAS, UAB,
• Jolanta Bivainite, holding the position of CEO of MAXIMA LT, UAB,
• Sharunas Savichianskas, who is the technical director of RADAS, UAB.

The previous composition of the Board of Directors of RADAS, UAB included:

• Manfred Darguzisrepresenting MAXIMA GROUP
• Asta Juodeškaitėthat is responsible for managing human resources at RADAS, UAB,
• Povilas Šulis,
• Sharunas Savichianskas.

Additionally, it is worth noting that MAXIMA GRUPĖ, UAB manages various retail chains, including:

• “Maxima,” operating in the Baltic countries,
• The "Stokrotka" chain in Poland,
• “T Market” in Bulgaria
• and the online grocery store "Barbora," offering its services in the Baltic countries.
