An ad for an apartment in Belgrade caused disbelief: no sink, no sink, no microwave in the bathroom

In the last few months, apartment prices have increased significantly due to inflation, and the proof of this is the offer in real estate agency advertisements.
Not long ago, one such ad shocked social media users in Serbia, and it is about a living room apartment in Belgrade. According to the ad, the apartment is located in Miljakovec and has an area of 24 square meters. The price is 50,000 euros. Perhaps it would not be strange if it were a settlement on the outskirts of the city, and the very condition of the premises is questionable. Photos posted on the Obradovic Real Estate page show a room filled with old furniture, and the narrow kitchen has just a few shelves and a microwave, leading some to think it's actually a bathroom.
The ad description states that the apartment is on the third floor of a building with no elevator, and "there is the possibility of a bedroom arrangement".
The ad attracted attention on social media, and the comments were numerous and quite comical. "Why so cheap?" - one Twitter user asked, and reactions such as "The sink is both a sink and a bathtub" and "It's not an apartment, it's a time capsule" followed. However, the following comment stands out: "People, beautiful apartment, there is no sink or sink, but it looks like there is a microwave in the bathroom. There's no elevator, but there's an opportunity to separate a bedroom at 24 square feet.".
