Completion of the acquisition of real estate investment company GYALOU SATRADE ESTATES

IT-company "GYALOU DEVELOPMENT SA" (registered under the name "GYALOU SA"), owner of SMART PARK Retail Park in the municipality of Spata Artemis, announces the completion of the transaction to acquire 100% of the shares of this company. The value of SMART PARK for this transaction is 110 million euros (assuming no debt and no cash). The acquisition cost for the acquisition of the shares of GYALOU SA amounts to €95.8 million.

This information is provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Council of the EU and the Athens Stock Exchange.
